Join QCNYS The Quilters Consortium of New York State offers four categories of membership – Guild, Individual, Business, and Non-Profit. The benefits of being a part of the Consortium are many and include networking with other guilds, attending workshops and meetings, publicity for member quilt shows, and participation in the Quilters Holiday. You’ll also receive our quarterly newsletter, the Networker Notes and have a detailed listing of your guild or business on our website. Membership benefits extend to the individual members of each guild. This means everyone in your guild is invited to participate in the Quilters Holiday quilt show and they’ll receive member discounts for classes at the Holiday. They are also invited to attend our quarterly delegate meetings. If membership through a quilt guild is not possible, you may sign up for an Individual membership. Businesses and Non-Profit organizations have found membership to be helpful in networking with the quilting community. Annual membership is from January to December. Dues for new members are prorated based on the month you join. The conditions of membership for each category are outlined on the application form.
